Ecuador to discuss reform to recognize dollar as official currency

Quito, Feb 25 (Prensa Latina) The National Assembly (Parliament) of Ecuador decided today to begin proceedings to analyze a constitutional reform proposal to recognize the U.S. dollar as the country's official currency.
